What we collect
Account basics (email, display name, optional avatar), the profile details you choose to add (city, bio, systems, playstyle tags), the campaigns and applications you create, the messages you send, and standard server logs.
Why we collect it
To match players with the right tables, to deliver in-app and email notifications you've opted into, to process paid seats, and to keep the platform safe (rate limiting, abuse detection).
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your email with DMs or other players. We don't run third-party ad trackers.
You'll get transactional emails (new applicant, session reminder, message received). You can manage or unsubscribe from any non-essential email from the link in the footer of every email, or from your profile.
Payments
Paid seats are processed by our payment provider. They receive the information needed to complete the transaction (amount, currency, account details). We store a record of each payment for receipts and tax reporting.
Your controls
From your profile you can update or delete your account, manage notification preferences, and block other users. Deleting your account removes your profile and campaign listings.
Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Payment records and receipts may be retained for up to seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
