Fair seats, fair refunds

Refund policy.

Paid seats are a commitment from both sides. Here's what we do when life intervenes.

If the DM cancels a session

Full refund. If a DM cancels a paid session for any reason, every player who paid for that session is refunded automatically to their original payment method, including the platform fee.

If a player cancels more than 48 hours before

Full refund. Cancel from the session details and you'll be refunded automatically. The seat opens back up so the DM can fill it.

If a player cancels within 48 hours

No automatic refund. The DM has reserved the seat and may not be able to fill it. Reach out to the DM in chat - many will refund a late cancellation when the circumstances warrant it.

No-shows

No refund. The DM ran the session in good faith and the seat was held for you.

Disputes

If you and the DM can't agree, email hello@questboard.co with the campaign, session date, and what happened. We review every dispute and can refund from the platform fee where appropriate.

Subscriptions and packs

Multi-session passes are non-refundable once any session in the pack has been played. Unused passes can be refunded for the unused portion if requested within 30 days of purchase.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
